Her career began as a CNA, fueling her passion for high-level policy and decision-making. With a background as a Director of Nursing in skilled and post-acute facilities, Sandra prioritizes quality of care above all else to make a true difference for those in need.

As Director of Clinical Service, she utilizes her background as a Nurse Educator to benefit every patient. Holding a Bachelor’s in Human Resources, Tanya is an active community member known for her infectious smile and her determination to ensure every client feels happy and well-cared for at Bella’s.

A seasoned professional, her expertise spans recruitment, employee relations, legal compliance, and staff development. Vacellia ensures that Bella’s maintains a strong, professional workforce. Her dedicated oversight of benefits and performance management helps the organization provide the compassionate, high-quality care that our clients and families deserve every day.

 Vivian Biggers-Tuell, Client and Caregiver Coordinator, has worked in social services for nearly 30 years. She spent 22 years at Cunningham Children’s Home, assisting youth with housing and education. Today, Vivian facilitates the vital matching process between clients and caregivers. Her goal is to ensure high-quality care and minimize service disruptions so that clients can comfortably and safely remain in their own homes.

 Sermeaka Harris is a Supervisor with over 20 years of healthcare experience. For the past three years at Bella’s, she has managed scheduling, data entry, and essential administrative tasks. Sermeaka collaborates closely with area case managers and partner agencies to coordinate personalized support plans. Her mission is to ensure every client receives reliable, compassionate care while supporting our caregivers in delivering exceptional service.

 Tanesha Brown is a Supervisor with over 15 years of healthcare experience for the Danville, Illinois location. She is a certified Direct Support Professional (DSP) and Certified Medication Aide (CMA), with extensive hands-on caregiving expertise. Tanesha also specializes in medical insurance billing and payment reimbursement, combining her clinical knowledge with administrative precision to support both clients and operations effectively
