Ms. Hubbard's experience includes Nurse Educator where her skills as Director of Clinical Service will be beneficial for the clients and patients that Bella's Home Health and Caregiving Services LLC serves. Ms. Hubbard also has her Bachelor's degree in Human Resources. Ms. Hubbard is active member in her community. Organizations that she's involved in includes; Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Order of the Eastern Star, Daughters of Illinois, America Legion Post 559 Woman's Auxiliary, HOJ, LOCP and The Golden Circle. Sandra Kinney, RN BSN, Director of Quality Assurance has over 30 years of experience in the healthcare industry. Starting out as a Certified Nursing Assistant after high school, Mrs. Kinney realized in order to make a true difference in the health care of those in need, she needed to be directly involved in policies and decision making. Mrs. Kinney’s experience ranges from working as a Director of Nursing in skilled facilities to working as Director of Operations for one the nation's top Hospice organizations. Quality of care has always been her top priority.
